Use this simply designed compost bin to collect food waste and reduce methane emissions in landfills. You can compost all of your kitchen biodegradable material like fruit and veggie scraps, coffee grounds and filters, eggshells, some tea bags (brands like Yogi Tea and Traditional Medicinals are compostable), hair and pet fur, nutshells, and more. Includes 2 charcoal filters.
We love the 3 liter size of this compost bin and the easy-lift lid. Others we've tried have tight lids that are difficult to remove with one hand. The metal bin, lid, and plastic liner are all dishwasher safe. To clean your charcoal filter, soak in warm soapy water and let it completely dry before putting it back on the lid.
