A poem written in beeswax. These signature-named Twin Flame candle is for looking and musing, for endings and beginnings. Ceremoniously observe how oneness meets in moments of change, commitment, becoming and unwinding. This candle is intended to burn until self-extinguished. Includes two Twin Flame tapers in a hand-stamped kraft gift box. 2-hour burn time, per candle, approx. 8” length.
Inspired by the Italian candle the “Duplero”, this traditional candlemaking technique begins with hand-dipping. By repeatedly submerging cotton wicking into molten beeswax, the wax cures over each previous layer and increases in size. Once the desired width is reached, two Hand Dipped Beeswax Tapers are carefully wound into one Twin Flame.
Twin Flames require a candlestick (sold separately) to secure in an upright position before lighting. Cut wick to 1/4” inch before lighting. Fits standard size candlesticks.
Handmade in upstate New York using sustainably sourced, fresh, local beeswax. Variations will occur.
